I have made seven blocks so far. I am half way done with eight more.
It was really funny because I had been sewing these in the living room. My husband walked in the next day when I was taking this picture and asked me where these blocks came from, even though he had watched me make them! LOL
Today at school was Wacky Wednesday. I had fun dressing up for it!I love dress days, do you like to dress up for things?

Oh you silly girl..about fell out of my chair laughing! Love your blocks, do they give you the pattern or do you find your own?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! How fun :-D Funny that log cabin block is on my to do list since my fabrics scraps are all sorted by color already.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blocks.
ReplyDeleteAnd, you look so cute. Love your school's wacky wednesday theme. I bet you gave out many smiles dressed up like that. #SweetGoodness.
I had hot pink ankle sneakers that I always had such fun whenever I wore them. If I ever see another pair, I'm buying them. Wore mine out!

Your blocks are beautiful and my hubby's favorite color way! You are so cute. I was never one to dress up.
ReplyDeleteI would like to try the log cabin block but not too sure how to properly select the fabric colors for the best look. It looks like dark on one side and lighter on the other in many cases. I would have dressed up too. I guess I'm a little crazy but I love that sort of thing.
ReplyDeleteYour log cabins look pretty. And you look pretty wacky! but comfy. Looks like fun.
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked for the public school system, dress up days were the best! What a fun outfit!
