I never shared the cake with ya'll that I made a couple of weeks ago for a retirement party.

I had to use "wet" palm sugar since I could not find any granulated to make powdered sugar.  It did not hold up well in the heat.  It is supposed to be sunflowers.  Writing on cakes has never been my forte!
