Dresden Plate Quilt - Fabrics

I am going to make a Dresden plate quilt for someone special, but can't say who until after I give it to them!  I need to hurry and get it made.  I need help picking out the fabrics.  I have some turquoise and sage green fabric I want to use.
I really like this quilt I found on Pinterest, unfortunately the link is broken for me to give credit to the person who it belongs to.  If you know, please let me know!

What do you think, one, two or three?  I was going to use the bottom layer in 3 for a dress, but am not sure if I should add it to the quilt.
